Det er greit å ha som grunnregel at man spør før man legger ut bilder av noen. Det er faktisk ulovlig å legge ut bilder av andre uten samtykke slik @Tototre skriver.

Men er det juridisk lov å legge ut bilder fra annonsene til damene? Usikker på jussen her. Men noen problemstillinger vil det være. Hva om bildene vi republiserer ikke er av den damen vi skriver om? Men en intetanende berte ett eller annet sted.

Så et annet moment her. Kan bruk av annonsebildene som ligger på for eksempel RE, bilder fra cover av pornofilmer eller stillbilder av disse kunne brukes under "fair use"-bestemmelser? Nesten som en faksimile av noe i en avis eller tidsskrift. Hvis du skal anmelde en tjeneste (les besøk hos en dame) vil det være "fair use" å bruke et bilde (faksimile) fra annonsen for å illustrere denne.

Noe annet som er aktuelt her på dette stedet uten moderator eller mulighet til å slette. Hva om damen slutter å annonsere. Blir borte fra det opprinnelige stedet sitt. Så sitter hun igjen med bilder på andre nettsteder som blir umulig å slette. Det kan være greit å ta noen betraktninger før vi legger ut bilder selv om det er fra annonsene til damene.

Selv mener jeg det er greit å bruke bilder fra annonsene, mens bilder jeg selv har tatt av damene bruker jeg ikke. Da måtte det eventuelt være med helt konkret samtykke om de enkelte bildene jeg ville ha publisert.
