It is currently impossible to delete anything from here.

If the post is not edited in the first hour after being posted, only admin can remove it.
Admin is far gone. Send an e-mail too the owner and tell him he sucks.

If you are suing someone for copyright in the EU, you should use the Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market.

The onlyfans page has been deleted one year ago.

 

However, there are mentally sick people out there that deserve to be put in mental institutions for breaking the laws of privacy.

I’m pretty sure there would be no chemistry between us, since you already show this kind of attitude here. 
 

For your information, there are plenty of other girls who prefer other currencies than NOK in cash. I don’t see the problem of it.

Well, sorry folks, I got a personality, all of you have a personality too. Just because you didn’t get what you want, it doesn’t mean I’m a terrible person.

But either way, what I can clarify about this is that I have a specific description of what I offer, and not many of you read about it. You just assume that you meet a girl and she will do anything for you - well, I’m sorry but things aren’t always going to be like this.

The reason I replied to your thread was because it’s funny to me to read that I am “weird” to others, I’ve never been called a weirdo or anything like that. So that’s why I engaged in the conversation.

I never posed as perfect, and I never will. There is no such thing. This is why I admitted I have a personality - meaning that I’m not an angel. 
 

The point is that if your experience wasn’t as you expected, it means we are not compatibile for some reason. And I advised you to double check with the things mentioned in the description - also the way they’re being written can give you a hint if the vibes match. For å få erstatning må det foreligge:

• et økonomisk tap
• et ansvarsgrunnlag
• adekvat årssakssammenheng

Kan hun sannsynliggjøre et økonomisk tap? Neppe. Siden hun selv sier at hun har slettet Onlyfans profilen sin, vil hun ikke ha hatt mulighet til å tjene noen penger på videoene. Ergo foreligger det ikke noe økonomisk tap.

Hvor er ansvarsgrunnlaget? Hvem som helst kan jo ha lekket dette til Pornhub, det er jo ikke noe som noen her kan klandres for.

Reelt sett foreligger det heller ikke noen årssakssammenheng mellom at noen har postet videoer fra pornhub her på forumet og at hun har lidt et uspesifisert økonomisk tap som hun ikke kan sannsynliggjøre.

 

Følgelig er min rettslige vurdering at hun kan ta seg en bolle.

Just for the record, @KarlaBB, and to everyone else, as I mentioned earlier in this post:

I absolutely loved my time with Karla. She was one of my first experiences, and she’s the one who got me hooked! It’s a bit unfortunate that she no longer accepts NOK—completely understandable, of course—but it makes things a bit too complicated for me, which is why I haven’t had the chance to see her again, even though I’d love to.

The reason I want the content removed it’s because I never planned on having my OF content outside of the platform. It was just meant for the platform. And I have the right to privacy. 
Perhaps some people don’t agree to this idea, but it’s my right to keep it private.
