Hello everyone! Sorry I'm using English - unfortunately I don't speak Norwegian 😔

I'm an independent girl from the Baltics and I am thinking about going to visit you guys in Oslo! If I understand your laws correctly, there is a high possibility of being evicted from a rental property if the owner discovers I invite “guests“ over.

I have found several apartments on booking.com that look promising (and have self check-in!) but I am anxious about getting randomly evicted.

Perhaps any of you know if that is a real thing that happens? I'd be extra happy if a fellow lady chimed in with her experience too.

If the landlord knows what is going on, he risks a penalty of up to six years in jail.  This is Norway in a nutshell.

You, as a sex worker, are allowed to do your job.  If a client gets caught at your place, he could get a fine of 25.000 NOK.

in the past last months,has been a alarming increase of eviction of sex workers from arbnb/booking.In some places they are letting you check in,but after a short notice they evict the girl without refund.In the southwest of Norway is a massive police operation going on.

But after that,you may have a nice surprise of how dear norwegian clients are.As i said,i had 7 wonderful years in the business without major problems.I am missing the good sex and the thrills,maybe i am going back just for the fun part,i don’t want and i don’t need to take clients by the hour,but will be interesting to have dinner dates,overnights and fly to me.Escort does have a glamorous side.

The thing is, once the property owner is informed about the situation, meaning escort/clients, he is considered as a perpetrator under the ‘pimp law’, meaning he could go to prison unless he evicts you. So the way to avoid eviction is to avoid making any trouble, avoid being a nuisance to the neighbors, avoid having people at all hours of the night and so on, so as to not give anyone a reason to report this to the owner.
